CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

INGREDIENTS
·1 cup margarine or butter
·1/2 cup granulated sugar
·1/2 cup light brown sugar
·1 large egg
·1 tsp vanilla extract
·2 cups flour
·1/2 tsp baking soda
·1/8 tsp salt
·300g chocolate chips

1. Softern butter or margarine and mix with sugar, egg, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl.
3. Mix 1, 2, and chocolate chips.
4. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
5. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls about 3cm apart on cookie sheets.
6. Bake 10 to 13 minutes.
7. Cool down 1 minute on cookie sheets.
8. Say "Itadaki-masu".
