CREAM STEW

INGREDIENTS (for four people)
ˇ700ml milk
ˇ100ml unwhipped cream
ˇ2 tbsps flour
ˇ2 tbsps margarine or butter
ˇ2 potatoes
ˇ1 onion
ˇ1 carrot
ˇ150g meat (pork, beef, or chicken)
ˇlittle salt and pepper
ˇ1 tbsp seasoned salt.

1. Cut potatoes, onion, carrot and meat into 2-3cm cubes.
2. Put margarine or butter into a pot, and heat it up.
3. Put milk, flour, and unwhipped cream into the pan, then stir it for about 10 minutes on medium heat.
4. Fry meat on a pan. (Use the different pan.)
5. Put potato, onion and carrot into the pan, and fry them with meat.
6. After the color of onion changes, put everything into 3.
7. Put salt and pepper, seasoned salt in 6.
8. Boil 7 for more than 30 minutes.
9. Say "Itadaki masu."
