GYOZA

INGREDIENTS (for 4 people)
· 300g hamburger (pork)
· 1/2 medium size cabbage
· 1/2 green onion (or 1/2 onoin)
· 1 leek
· 1 piece of garlic
· 1 egg
· 1 tsp seasoned salt
· little salt and pepper
· 1 package wrappers (about 9cm wide)
· little water (to seal wrappers)
· 2 cups water (to boil)
· 2 tbsps oil

1. Mince cabbage, green onion, leek , and garlic.
2. Mix all ingredients except the wrapper, water and oil. Mix well by hands.
3. Wrap 2. like this: (if your wrapper is not round, cut the edges)

4. Preheat the pan. Then, put oil in it.
5. Put (stand) 3. on the pan. You can cook 10-14 at the same time.
6. After the bottom of Gyozas (which you made at no.3) turn broun, pour water.
7. Put the lid, then boil 6. at the medium heat for about 10 minutes.
8. Say "Itadaki masu."
