INGREDIENTS (for four people)
· 300g hamburger meat (pork or beaf)
· 1 carrot
· 1/2 onion
· 1 cup breadcrumbs
· 2 egg
· little salt and pepper
· 1 tsp seasoned salt

1. Mince carrot, onion.
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well by hands.
3. Make flat round shapes. 8cm in diameter, 1-2cm thick.
4. Put 3. in the pan, and cook it with the medium heat.
5. After it's done (5-8 minutes), turn it and cook the other side (5-8 minutes again).
6. Say "Itadaki masu". If you like, put a sliced cheese on it.
