MABO-DOFU

INGREDIENTS (for 4 people)
· tofu 1 (get a silk type tofu, if possible)
· hamburger (pork or beef) 150g
· small piece of garlic
· ginger little
· green onion 10cm
· leek 1
*You can use 1 onion instead of green onion and leek.
· oil 1 tbsp
· flour 2 tbsps
· water 1 cup

SAUCE
· soy sauce 2 tbsps
· sake 2 tbsps (or wine)
· soybean paste 1 tbsp (or tomato ketchup)
· suger 1/2 tsp
· tobanchan 1/2 tsp (or chili powder or red pepper)
· ketchup 2 tbsps

1. Mince garlic, ginger and green onion (or onion).
2. Mix sauce in a cup.
3. Cut tofu into 1.5cm cubes.
4. Cut leek into 2cm long.
5. Mix flour with water.
6. Put oil into a pan and heat it up.
7. Fry minced garlic, ginger and green onion.
8. Fry hamburger with 7.
9. After the color of hamburger changes, put sauce anf water with flour into the pan.
10. Put leek in it.
11. Say "Itadaki masu."
