MISO SOUP

INGREDIENTS (for four people)

·1/2 onion
·2 eggs
·80g miso (soybean paste)
·3 cups nibishi dashi (look at FAQ *NIBOSHI DASHI*)(Or 3 cups water and 1/3 package of pouderly sardine taste dashi)
* You can use 1/2 block tofu, 20g seaweed, 20g spinach or so instead of onion and eggs.

1. Slice onion.
2. Beat eggs in a bowl.
3. Heat niboshi dashi. Or boil water and put powderly dashi in it.
4. Put sliced onion. Boil it for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add miso. Do not boil for long after miso is added.
6. Add beaten egg.
7. Serve soup in indivisual soup bowls.
8. Say "itadaki masu".
