OKONOMIYAKI

INGREDIENTS (for four people)
· 3 leaves cabbage
· 1/2 long onion (or 1 onion)
· 2 small potatoes
· 200g sliced pork
· 4 tbsps oil
· mayonaise

· 2 eggs
· 500g flour
· 350ml water

1. Cut cabbage in thin strips. Slice long onion or onion.
2. Slice potatoes, and boil for a while not to eat row.
3. Mix cabbage, long onion, and potatoes with A.
4. Heat a tbsp oil in the pan.
5. Put 1/4 sliced pork in the pan.
6. After the color of meat changes, put 1/4 3(mixed stuff) on meat such as pan cake with medium heat.
7. After 3 minutes, turn it and cook for 3 minutes more.
8. Put it on an indivisual plate. Put mayonaise on it.
9. Repeat from 4 to 7 three more times (for three more people).
10. Say "Itadaki masu."
