RICE BALLS

INGREDIENTS
-3 cups Rice
-3 3/5 cups water
-4 sheets seaweed
-salt

*ingredients for inside balls (You can use anything you want, but not juicy stuff)
-1 can tuna with mayonaise (just mix tuna with mayonaise)
-little cod roe
-a few pickled plums

1. Wash rice with cold water and soak in water for at least 30 minutes.
2. Cook in a saucepan with water. You need 1.2 times water than rice.
3. Cook rice over high flame until it boils, and turn to medium flame for a few minutes. Then for 15 minutes at low flame. Do not open the lid during cooking.
4. After rice is cooked, keep the lid on for 10 minutes.
5. Put a little salt on both hands.
6. Take one handful rice.
7. Put about 1tsp tuna with mayonaise or something else in the center of a handful of rice.
8. Make a ball or triangular shape. Tuna shold not be seen, be inside a ball, be coverd with rice.
9. Cut seaweeds into half. Cover a rice ball with half a sheet of seaweed.
10. Make about 7 more balls.
11. Say "Itadaki masu".
