SYOUGA-YAKI

INGREDIENTS (for four people)
·400g sliced pork
·2 tbsps oil
·some pieces of lettuce or cabbage

·2-3 tbsps say sause
·1 tbsp mirin (or white wine with 1 tsp suger)
·1 tbsp chopped ginger

1. Mix A in a bowl.
2. Put sliced pork in 1.
3. Wait for at least 2 hours.
4. Preheat a pan and put oil in it.
5. Fry 3. at a high meat.
6. Make sure if you fry it well.
7. serve 6. with some pieces of lettuce or cabbage.
8. Say "itadaki masu".
